Passed away peacefully at New Cross Hospital, Wolverhampton on September 12th, 2025, aged 89 years.

Devoted Husband to Ann. Loving Father to Nicola and Joanna. A Proud Grandpa to Samuel and Harry. Adored Son to the late Bill and Minnie Crooks.

Brian will be very sadly missed.

Funeral Service, 2.30pm, Wednesday 1st October 2025 at Telford Crematorium.

Family flowers only by request, but if desired donations, which will be divided between Dementia UK and The Palliative Care Team at New Cross Hospital would be appreciated.

On this very sad occasion, as we bid farewell to Uncle Brian who recently passed away, my sisters (Fiona and Sharon) and I would like to express our admiration and deep loss. Uncle Brian was, without him knowing it, actually an inspiration to us in how to live a full and respectful life. He was without a doubt an absolute gentleman, full of integrity, honesty and moral principles who has been an excellent example to our generation. His personality and character were always kind and his shared knowledge and wisdom were a great guiding influence. He will be deeply missed. Thank you Uncle Brian for being an important and influential person in our lives.
